At Yarden Ops, we prioritize convenience and quality to deliver our expert outdoor services. Please review our booking policy to ensure a seamless experience:
Booking Guidelines
- Same-Day Bookings: Accepted before 8:00 AM. Requests made after 8:00 AM must be called into our office to confirm availability.
- Bi-Weekly Services: Rescheduled appointments require at least 12 hours' notice and will follow the normal bi-weekly schedule, with the next service occurring two weeks from the original appointment.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- All cancellations must adhere to the cancellation policy outlined in our Terms of Service.
Payment Policy
- Routine Maintenance Services: A card on file is required. Payments are processed at the time of booking and billed monthly on the 1st of each month.
- Project Payments: Must comply with the payment terms specified in our Terms of Service.
Inclement Weather Policy
- Services affected by inclement weather will be rescheduled as necessary, with timely updates provided. For extended disruptions due to weather, please refer to the policy outlined in our Terms of Service.
